We were invited by an Elite family in Bayelsa, to compete on the design of their family house in their hometown. Their architectural agenda was to build the house in remembrance of their Late father who was a well respected chief in their hometown.

The brief requirement was to have 10 rooms each for the male and female members of the household, and an art gallery for hosting guests. All facilities within the site were not to exceed the ground floor.

By Juxtaposing the rooms and art gallery we created a symmetrical building, having the rooms as wings on the extreme and the raised central area having a grand entrance, welcoming visitors to the gallery with columns symbolizing
