The project is located in a gated estate in Gbagada, mainland of Lagos. The site sandwiched between two roads, Initially had a scheme of two blocks of apartments, one to face each road.

The final design idea played with framing and encapsulating the views onto both roads. Views were framed using floor to ceiling glass doors, a wrap around terrace added to the floors offering spaces to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

The development is fully serviced and comprises two and three bedroom apartments with maids quarters.
