Development of two number semi-detached units at Arcadia grove estate, off Lekki-Epe expressway. The site located in a gated estate with strict rules and regulations on development. Site with views of the Lagos lagoon. Development in a cluster with hard cape separating both semidetached. We used minimum setback required by regulation to separate the blocks in order to maximise the land. Balconies are introduced to the upper floors for maximum view of the lagoon.
