Block of eleven apartments located in Oniru, Lagos. The apartments comprising of three bedroom flats and maids room on five floors. Sixth floor comprises one unique pent apartment with captivating views of the nearby Atlantic ocean. The development also comprise of a gymnasium and pool. The design position the building, shielding it from another high rise building on the next plot. This allows private spaces to face the south with a view of the Atlantic.
