Status: Completed July 2016

A development consisting of 8 townhouses. Two blocks of four units facing each other allowing for a courtyard space where all occupants can meet, interact and be a little community. The idea of the interaction between both blocks also transpires in the use of large windows and terraces to the units. Above the terraces we have concrete pergolas varied in height to give a unique elevation and provide solar shade. The client a developer well known for unique developments.
