A private residential development located in a gated development in Lekki Lagos. Client wanted an open plan modern design with an all white interior.

We gave him just that, incorporating courtyards and double volume spaces. Large windows and balconies used to wrap the building, giving it views to the nearby lagoon and water front. The estate have strict design guidelines and restrictions (like the use of only one colour palette to paint exterior) we still managed to pull off clients request.
